Fabric art

On our way south to our hotel today we stopped at another fabric exhibition in a small town called Wooler not far south if the border. Held in a little gallery above an antiques shop ( The Gallery @No.6) it had a display of amazing fabric art ranging from knitting to this work! I took the artists name this time - a guy called Adam Hall who is fascinated by lichen. The piece was hung on a cream background but I’ve edited it to look as though it’s on rock perhaps?

Our hotel is as lovely and comfortable as last year - so good to be on a break:)
