Coolangatta Beach...

Yep this is as close as I got to the sand and the water... I haven't been on sand for about 3 years due to dodgy knees and having a dodgy ankle too it'd be worse... They have parkland with winding paths the full strip of this beach so you can still walk and admire the water and views... They play beach volleyball on a section of this beach as well as 2 patrolled swim between the flags areas to keep safe...
