The River Teith

Beginning it’s relatively short life at Callander with the merging of the waters from Loch’s Venachar and Lubnaig, Ben Ledi is in the background. A fine river, it then joins the smaller River Forth near Stirling. Always wondered why it didn’t continue as the River Teith all the way to the North Sea, we could then have had a mouth full of Teith.
