Butterfly
I had a phone call from Stella2 this morning to ask me if I would like to go into Exeter later on this morning. That gave me the opportunity to take my broken earring to the jewellers for repair where I bought them in August 2017, I discovered. Exeter wasn’t too busy so it was quite pleasant. When I arrived home, I found out that the window cleaners had not only cleaned my small octagonal greenhouse windows but also the house windows inside and out so we were dazzling. My husband hadn’t been for a walk so I decided to join him. He had had an appointment with an osteopath today to help relieve a shoulder and arm. While walking down to White Bridge, we met one of our walking group friends whom I hadn’t seen for about a year. While chatting, this speckled wood butterfly, I think, landed with enough time for me to take a photo. Our friend mentioned that she had heard that the swans have seven eggs they are incubating as someone saw the adults changing places. The sun was shining by now and it was rather pleasant.
