Loaded up 19 tons of fertilizer onto the contractor's trailer so they can get the barley ground done for me
My McCormick tractor arrived back on an artic lorry after having the PTO repaired. The clutch plates were knackered and the PTO wouldn't switch off. So another hefty repair bill will be arriving in the post.
Had to bring a cow and calf back in as the calf has scour and wasn't looking the best. Tubed it with lectade and gave it antibiotics and shut it and mummy in a pen. She isn't the most sociable ,but a bit better than when she calved last week.
Junior off to the pub with pals so had to pick him up at the train station tonight. Seems like they had a good time !
This was Willie clearing the silt out from the pipes under the bridge that I blipped a while back with the water pouring over the top. Would do it my self ,but my old Ford digger burst a hose the last time and hasn't been fixed yet.
