Twiddling

I have replaced one behaviour with another that now needs replacing.

My manager has observed that she can guess how my day is going by how my hair is fairing.

I travelled to the office for a meeting that got reduced from 90 minutes to 30 but lasted 20.

I travelled from there to support my dad during a telephone medical  appointment.  Hard to choose between the 2 which added least value.
