An enquiry for an entomologist

Does anybody know what this pour thing has on his back (thorax)?
Seems to be a cluster of eggs, some sort of parasite? Could it be the Zombie fly parasite killing honeybees see here

Can somebody shed light on that?

And yes I have still dandelions around!
