Creative trees

Went to the botanical gardens in Gothenburg. I loved the way nature and the formal gardens were integrated, formal garden designs morphing into nature.
This dead tree was really impressive, the bark bleached silver and holes drilled into the dead wood to make a beautiful pattern as well as accommodating insects. Beautiful and practical, something the Swedish are really good at!
