Bollards

In Stratford. 
The town is getting ready for the Shakespeare celebrations. Shakespeare was born and also died on the 23rd April.  ( 1564 - 1616 )
These bollards in Mere Street have been beautifully painted. The flagpoles in the distance have been put up for the parade. The one visible is dedicated to Uruguay but I think all countries are represented. The building behind is the public library.
We shall miss it this year but have been on many occasions and it’s always a good day.
