Blossom in the grey
It's felt like a proper work day today.
I walked up to campus, had two meetings (Rachel on her own, then Marina with Peter and Pete), walked home, ate my lunch, then worked through to 7pm. The good news is that I have completed the full draft of my presentation for 25th May.
Mr hazelh solved a garden mystery this morning. We couldn't understand why our pond water pump had stopped working. Now we know: the naughty mice have been chewing on the wire that attaches it to the solar power panel!
I usually like to blip blossom against blue sky. However, I think that this branch looks rather lovely against the grey above the Meadows this morning.
Exercise today: walking (18,598 steps).
