Escape

I went out for what felt rather like an expedition today, to a local garden centre cafe for coffee, followed by lunch. It’s the first time I’ve been out, other than to the hospital, for six weeks! Colin and my sister Chris we’re the motivators for this expedition. I definitely need to get out more!
