Watching and waiting
The surveyor arrived on cue this morning and stayed 3 hours - our buyers must have paid for a very full survey! We supplied coffee and just left him to it.
Whilst he was here I nipped out and went round to Jacqui's for an hour or so. We enjoyed a coffee and put the world to rights whilst topping up our vitamin D levels and listening to the sparrows squabble.
Spotted the heron in the river yesterday when I had Fletch in tow and no camera. Thinking perhaps he'd be back this afternoon I took the camera, and there he was. Unfortunately much further away, on the far bank moving in and out of shade under a tree. Not ideal, but I managed a couple of half-decent shots.
Eventually got through to the solicitor late in the afternoon, and it seems that we'll be OK to complete on 2nd May. A lot to do before then! (Realised that we move into our present abode exactly 8 years ago today.)
Quite a strenuous yoga session this evening...
