Javalina Run

On my way back from another doctor appointment (they never end), I stopped at a new place. It’s called Javalina Run Winery (hav-a-leen’-a). I sat in their lovely outdoor seating area as smooth jazz played softly. A perfect day for it, too. It was 80°/27° with a slight breeze. I loved it the second I went in. Super chill.

I ordered a Margarita Flatbread. It was made with olive oil, tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzarella on a homemade Mediterranean flatbread. I added some crushed red pepper. Oh my goodness. It was incredible.

In other news…I passed a major weight loss milestone. That was before I ate this. :-)
