Hard at work

This afternoon we took the our Sports Sciences students to work and talk to a personal trainer and fitness studio owner about setting training programs, adjusting exercises to the fitness level of a client and we talked about what it is like to set up and run a fitness business.
We did a lot of exercises too, I enjoyed joining in and trying to keep up with the young ones! ;-)
