Barking

Last year my neighbour bought a dog.
If it’s in the garden it’ll bark at you if you look out the window or go into your own garden.
If it’s left alone it will bark.
Last week my neighbour bought a puppy to keep it company and reduce its anxieties and hence its barking tendencies.
Now I’m no dog expert - but doubling the dog content of your household seems like a highly risky bark prevention strategy.
