Sidlaws

Too nice a morning not to go for a run, even though the wind was cold. I wasn't sure how I'd get on but the breathing is much better and only a couple of hills had to be walked when I'd normally run. What I hadn't factored in was that the return was into the wind, but at least the hills were done by then. Some cute little lambs in one field and plenty of flowers. I wore a facemask on the sections through the woods to try and keep out some pollen, I'll never know if it worked!
After lunch I did some gardening (and again donned a mask and it does seem to help in the garden) getting some seedlings planted on and a bit of general tidying, before having a snooze in the sun.
