For Earth Day

Tomorrow is Earth Day and our local artist collective will be doing a series of art related events to demonstrate support  for environmental protection.
 
One involves us painting lampshades with an Earth theme. 
 (See above for my contribution). 


I gather they will be strung up in the GOSSIP gallery in Stirling’s  Thistle centre where we now have a permanent base.


I must confess that until this year I had never heard of Earth Day though this annual event has been taking place since 1970.
