On a wall again

S and I have been working on making space in a limited space. Actually we were pretty successful. But there is still plenty to rationalise yet.

On a walk late this afternoon I saw a spotted dove on a wire. That is an extra for today. A mallard duck was walking her eight fairly new ducklings.

Some of what we had been doing today must have stimulated me to consider a way of putting up the print (bought on a trip to Vienna about 20 years ago) of a photo of Freud's couch. What with windows and doors, and the steep slope of the side walls, there's very little vertical wall to use for art. 

I'm pleased with the spot I found, even if only temporarily.
