The Chamomile Daisy is a perfectly balanced bite of crunch and softness. 

It's also a marvel of cake engineering. The mirror glaze stood up very well to the journey home in my car and overnight 'sleep' in the fridge.

10/10 once again to the Lanesborough's pastry chefs.
