Tulips

Today is almost a reversal of yesterday - but for the fact that both days start with sun. I take advantage of the sunlight to walk over to our neighbour’s garden for some quick flower photography before the clouds descend. 

Not only is this the best part of the day in terms of weather, it’s also the time when I feel reasonably OK. Sadly, as the day progresses, symptoms return; I’m so weary with all this - physically and mentally. 

Lying on the sofa, I continue reading Still Life, immersed in Florentine life, longing to escape to Tuscany - or anywhere for that matter!
