Geocaching

We went to grab a nearby cache - it was only a couple of km away but all uphill on the way home. We stopped for some freshly squeezed orange juice to keep us going.

I had a long chat with my mum today - her short term memory is gone but she is happier than I ever remember her - there’s much to be thankful for in that.
