Friends called in for coffee on their way to Scotland. We have known each other since our children were very small and it is always good to have a catch up.

Gordon left us to go to Barrow for the football - Carlisle/Barrow. He was going to meet up with friends who support Barrow! I have just looked up the result - he will return home happier than they will.

Return of the damp, cold weather, but at least the wind has died down.
