And with that the new Weather-watching squirrel was back off up the tree, to keep a nutty eye on the weather.

Apparently as it stood watching the sky most of the time, and had become very apt at spotting the rain coming, this little ones wife had thought, that the BBC's advertisement for a 'Weather-watcher' in the region would suit it down to the ground.

On applying for the position, he got the job, with the peanut salary putting every other applicant off, on hearing the pay was 'peanuts', this was one happy squirrel and wife ;-)
