Pedal on Parliament

Back at PoP, and the usual problem - so many pics to choose from. Sadly one of the speakers when everyone gathered outside the Scottish Parliament was the friend of a young woman killed while cycling earlier this year. As several speakers said, while there has been some progress, in another regard, nothing has changed.
