E.17. (Walthamstow)

Down in the big smoke to see the son’s new flat in Leyton. Very exciting as it’s the first place he’s (part) owned. Bought through the government’s Help to Buy scheme which ended on March 31st. Completion date went to the wire….but the stress is well worth it now
