More flowers

I had a visit from my friend Ruth today who I haven’t seen since before my operation. She came bearing tulips so once again that is my blip! She had done park run this morning and then cycled to my house and here’s me barely able to walk a hundred yards! But she was very upbeat and optimistic about my recovery and it was very good to see her. I am getting more movement in my knee so I can see some progress which is very pleasing.
