20 mile run

SP at the top of a big hill on the south downs way.....having quick pit stop.
Stunning run, quiet, perfect weather and amazing scenery.

The car park Was funny at 830...lots of middle-aged men with expensive bikes and German cars.....mamils!! I Was the only runner however.

New shoes were ace.

And now relax
