Camassia
Two images, of the same flower stalk, taken on the same day. One in the morning, the other in the afternoon. Plants may be a lot slower than animals, but they still move, develop and grow.
Extra. I’ve been quite pleased to see that self-seeded violets and primroses have appeared in the front garden. I took a photo of a primrose this morning, and it was only in viewing it on my laptop screen that I noticed the spider. Or I should say, the remains of a spider. Its carapace has been taken apart and something - perhaps a female of the species, it’s a perilous existence for male spiders - has made short work of this individual.
