All before 7am

The fire brigade arrived to attend to a high voltage power line crackling and billowing smoke. Many neighbours out in their pjs and robes to see what was happening.

Birds on their early morning flight away from the scene.

All electricity off so I went across the road to buy coffee.

Ducks at the shopping centre hoping for a food treat.

I  returned home with my coffee … turned the key and it snapped off.

I fortunately had my mobile phone and the village security number …security arrived with a master key to open up.

I plan to wash the dogs today and a few of us will gather at friends near by early evening.

One never knows what the day will bring.
