Getting ready

We are getting ready to put the house up for sale. The agent is coming on Wednesday to take the photos.
So I’ve been going round various parts of inside and outside to get shots and decide what I want them to take.
Think this will be one angle. In fact depending on the weather on Wednesday I might even ask them to use this one!
We went and looked at a potential new house again yesterday on a new development. Decided on the style we want but until we have an offer on ours we can’t put a reservation down on the plot.
Still depends on the actual amount we do get offered for this house, but the spreadsheet is getting updated as we go along so if the sums do add up…..
