Spent an enjoyable day with Sue preparing for tomorrow evenings exhibition opening. She was cooking sausage rolls and cutting a ton of peppers and carrots while I was cutting cheese for cheese and pineapple on sticks and cutting quiche’s up (still not happened actually as they are frozen)

Interesting mistake - when we were shopping I persuaded Sue to get a mature cheddar for the cheese and pineapple sticks. That was a mistake - should have bought cheep stuff, the mature is very crumbly.
