Triangular Castle

We took Max for a walk in the woods and the marshes around Caerlaverock Castle this afternoon. This castle, or what is left of it, is the only triangular castle in the British Isles! 
I might go back there next weekend or so, as the blue bells are just about to burst into full bloom. When they do the woods around the castle are just magical!
