Coffee time

Preceded by food time.

Followed by beer time.

The annual coffee fair in Brick Lane took place on the same day as the London marathon, which was also on St George’s day which is also (bizarrely) the anniversary of both Shakespeare’s birth and his death. Strider was in his element. I came away with a lot of coffee and some freebies.  

Walked back from Spitalfields to Waterloo via a couple of pubs, 17,000 steps,  Feeling virtuous. 

Marathon runners everywhere. Looking very fit despite having run 26 Miles.    Admirable.
