zoom church this morning …sofa and migraine pills this afternoon….they helped to get rid af a horrible headache….Elv picked me up for dinner….it was just nice to be a bit normal…..
mum has been given extra meds to sleep as she was very restless and showed she was in pain….she is now in a deep sleep….
