Interior rain

The fiasco of the window that doesn't fit continues. Ecovia walked away from the problem leaving the rain as well as the cold to come in. Should it be my responsibility to send them this picture and ask them to come and do something to stop the rain coming into the house and soaking into the brickwork? Seems it is.
