Dragon Fruit
How do you eat a Dragon fruit?
M brought one back from our local supermarket but neither of us knew how to eat it.
So I googled YouTube.
It’s more straightforward than I expected. All you need is a sharp knife to reveal the fleshy white inside speckled with black seeds, a bit like a kiwi fruit.
But its bland flavour doesn’t live up to its exotic appearance and name.
Still I loved the colour and appearance and would buy it again just for its novelty value. Except its expensive-£3.25p.
There is something wrong with our food supply when the local supermarket sells fruit from South east Asia yet you cant buy lettuce.
