Bread rolls

My rolls come out much better over here than when we are in La Gomera. I use the same flour, the same machine to make the dough but the oven works differently however much I raise the temperature. 
I went out for about an hour before lunch and now have the area where we are going to construct a wildlife pond free of weeds and poppy seedlings. This should have no been constructed last year but time overtook us. Then we had a couple of hours of steady rain and then the sun came out again so I did some more digging later.
