Bird Walk
We cycled down to St Ives today to catch the 7.30 (am!) bird walk. The weather was perfect, and as in previous years Mark was an ideal teacher. We had at least 25 species identified today, mainly by song.
We saw relatively few of them and I'm now not sure who this chap is. He was a fair distance away, and I thought he was a mistle thrush, but not sure as I can't see his front.
Had a fun afternoon playing with drainage in the field and shifting wheel barrows full of stone, then off to the Swingle Singers tonight.
