Provence

There will now be a series of back-blips as I refused to go anywhere near a computer during my week away.
Yesterday I flew to Marseilles from Bristol and friends picked me up.  Their daughter's house is an hour and a half inland near Sault, the lavender growing area and truffles.
We went up into the village for Sunday lunch and this was my starter - stuffed aubergine. Wonderful to be back in France - last visit over 30 years ago!!  Never been to Provence before.
