Something French

On our way from Newcastle to Auchterarder I found something French (well, somebody called French ...) for today's MonoMonday theme, with thanks to jensphotos for hosting this month of April with such interesting themes :-)

We have arrived in our holiday home after 4 years of absence ! The ferry crossing was the roughest we ever had, northern storm at sea, waves of 4 meters high all night through. But we're here and happy to be 'home' again. The extra of the crossing over the Firth of Forth bridge, that is always such a happy moment, knowing we're almost home. There's a Dutch song with the line : dan weet ik dat ik thuis ben (then I know I'm home) that sang in my head !
