Loch Ness

What a day! All seasons in the one day. Really cold when we got up and snow was on the tops of the mountains. We went to Inverness and had a wander round the centre then drove down the side of Loch Ness. Found the monster laying in ferns!!! (imagination needed!) I dove as far down as Foyers falls where the sun shone and we sat outside eating ice cream in the sunshine after a walk down lots of steps to find them. Driving back to Aviemore the snow came and the lady in the COOP told us it had been on and off all day there. We found the great weather and had lovely walks. Another hot toddy tonight keeping the cold at bay .
A fabulous day with superb views and air by the Loch.
