Inconsiderate

There is a term used to describe cars that are inordinetly large (usually some kind of SUV) and driven or parked badly. It's rude and I won't repeat it here, but it's appropiate.

I took the dog for his urban walk today, and spotted this. The SUV at the rear is parked on the cycle lane, with the passenger-side door swung open blocking the pedestrian footway as well. The driver is at the wheel playing with their phone and the engine is running. The passenger is collecting something from the automatic food dispencer. The observant will notice that there are several empty car parking bays available.
