Biscuits from Mull

When Renata and Krista came over for a visit a few weeks ago, Renata surprised me with Chocolate Gingers from the Island Bakery in Tobermory, Mull. I was also surprised by the French on the label. French is one of the official languages of Canada, and products here have French on labels. Now I'm wondering how common it is to have it on labels of products made in Scotland. I follow quite a few blippers from Mull and was thrilled to be given the biscuits!  They were so delicious, best ginger biscuits I've had. I wonder if this packaging was intended to be specific for Canada.
Great that the box works for the MonoMonday theme of French too! Might have to pick up more when we go to the mainland for a visit. Thanks to jensphotos for hosting MM this month. Colour version in the extra.
G and I had another covid vaccine this morning. He had an appointment and the pharmacist fit me in too because there was no one waiting. I had an appointment booked for mid-May, so it was great that I was able to get it today too.
