Welcome To The World

We went to Emmetts Garden today. It is known for it's carpets of bluebells in the spring and that's what drew us there. The bluebells were indeed lovely, although I have seen them better. Maybe it's too early, maybe they have suffered from the heavy downpours. 

However, it was the ferns that stood out for me today as they were gradually unfurling.
