It’s not been a good day. I think I’m reacting to lowering the antihistamine dose. I’ll need to keep it at this smaller dose until things settle. I was very cold in bed overnight and I’ve had an extraordinarily thick & heavy head, plus very tired. Missy had a very short walk!
