Making Wild Garlic Pesto

Not me, but Pat is busy turning our organic wild garlic into a rather fine pesto.

Every spring ‘The Policies’ are carpeted in this Wild Garlic. Of course it is mixed up with grass and one or two other ‘weeds’.

The Wild Garlic covers the road verges as well. Definitely not ‘organic’ there.

Friends request clumps of it, and are advised to grow it in pots.
