Had a really busy day of being dutiful Mummy, domestic goddess, taking Kory for a haircut and going into town this afternoon.

This is one of the many churches in Aberdeen that is now a pub or nightclub. I liked the way the sun was beating down from behind and the guy relaxing in the doorway on his phone. He looked at me like I was nuts after I took this!

On one hand I think it's a shame that churches are now being used for drunken idiots (of course I've never been one of those ;) ) but on the other hand I'd prefer they were used for something rather than sitting derelict. This particular short street has 4 of them. What on earth did people ever need 4 churches in the space of 100m for??
