Meet Sam

I don’t think I’ve ever been asked to dog sit before, but as a favour to our friends, here I am spending an hour or so with Sam, while they have to go out with workmen in the house. I’m not sure if I’m here to protect the workmen from Sam or Sam from the workmen :)
Anyhow after an initial frantic licky ten minutes, he has settled down. He is a lovely big dog, but more powerful than I would normally want to cope with. Give me small and fluffy - like a cat! :)
