Waving Goodbye to Winter??

A nice relaxed morning and a trip into Cambridge. Whist driving down Tennis Court Road I screamed at Colin "STOP the car" he thought either I was going to be sick (?!) or he'd hit a cyclist (?!) but neither, I spotted a blip! A huge amount of gloves lined up on a fence with several signs with just a glove and a question mark. Most gloves were strategically placed on the fence with the spikes going through the middle finger.

Found this online:
Gloves adorning the railings outside the Gurdon Institute
No one has so far been able to put their finger on the culprit of Cambridge's latest elaborate stunt. Office workers at the University's Gurdon Institute, a cancer research centre on Tennis Court Road, were left baffled on Tuesday on discovering seventy single gloves placed on the railings outside. Posters of gloves with question marks underneath have also been tied below.

The glove collection has prompted much attention from passers-by. Cambridge locals have been quick to point out, however, that the gloves have appeared on the fence before. A post on the Facebook group 'Odd Things around Cambridge' on Wednesday from resident Julie Darsley read: "The gloves are back on Tennis Court Rd...taken over all the railings now...? waving goodbye to Winter hopefully!!!"
