Pots

We had to be out and about today and, after coffee in the Tyninghame smithy ended up in Dunbar. I don't think I've ever seen so many lobster/crab pots, all lined up beside the harbour. They look as though a lorry had delivered a fresh supply, straight from the factory.

With the low tide only just on the turn, we nipped round the wall beside the Battery to stand and watch incoming waves crash against the rocks, then pottered round the eastern harbour area and walked partway along the beach then along the walkway. Though the East Beach was thickly covered in seaweed I forbore gathering any for the garden.

We returned down the High Street to gaze in shop windows, pop into a charity shop before driving home, job done.
